OUR  3 STEP PROCESS

Step 1 - BOOK YOUR COMPLIMENTARY HOME VALUATION

The first step in selling your home is to have a professional home valuation completed by a realtor who is familiar to the area where you are selling your property. This valuation takes approximately 30 minutes. Our team will review your home, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, well, septic and property boundaries. The more thorough we are in our valuation, the more accurately we can determine the price your home should be listed at. Within 48 hours of us viewing your property, we will have a comprehensive property valuation report ready to present. This is a great time for us to meet and address any questions you may have.

 

Step 2 - CHOOSE YOUR BUNDLE 

A carefully curated team that provides an exceptional client experience for all. We do not offer or adhere to MVP or VIP marketing strategies. ALL OF OUR CLIENTS are important to us and no matter the value of your property, everyone is offered the same suite of services to choose from. Each situation is unique and no two sellers require the same type of support. Therefore, each seller can choose which service bundle best suits their needs.

Once your home is looking and functioning at its best, it is time to focus on a marketing strategy that will attract as many potential buyers as possible. Our team accomplishes this by collaborating with our in-house media department. All listing clients receive the following services to promote their listing:
